Charles Manantan - Tech Editor

Like the rest of the PCN bunch Charles rides, and is on the road 4-6 days a week when travel permits. Living in Arizona lets him ride year round with little or no clothing (added), and enjoy mixing with the winter migration of European and US based Pro teams and individual racers that frequent the area from December through Spring. (It's rumored that he keeps pace fairly well).

Charles fits the bill as a "tech weenie" and has nearly converted himself from a weight weenie to a "functionality first" weight weenie (and yes at 142 pounds he is allowed to pass judgement on equipment weight).

Charles' written material has appeared in Bicycling Magazine and Cyclesport and now along with his Tech Info, he will follow the daily grind of Euro and Domestic Road racing for PCN and provide both race coverage and commentary, and the odd opinion.
