After an absence of four years, the Gatineau Salon du Velo returned to the city, directly across the Ottawa River from Ottawa, on March 11-13 this year. The show is the largest consumer show in the National Capital Region devoted to cycling. In 2023 more than 100 exhibitors and brands would be on hand, with some 6,000 visitors.

Sadly Brian Robinson passed away in October last year. Brian was a pioneer for the 'British Legion' of professional cyclist who followed him across the English Channel to try their hand in the continental peloton. Brian stood on the 3rd step of the 1957 Milan-Sanremo, Ed Hood spoke to Brian about 'la Classicissima'.
