PEZ’s Cherry Old Fashioned Tutorial

Here’s my take on a classic cocktail – the Old Fashioned – with a twist. After expanding my cocktail tastes beyond my beloved Negroni during the pandemic, I hit upon this recipe for a delicious Old Fashioned. Here’s how I make it…try it and let me know how you like it. – Pez

Recipe
– Basil Hayden’s Bourbon – 2 oz
– Luxardo Maraschino liqueur – 1/2 oz
– Cointreau orange liqueur – 1/2 oz
– Cherry bitters – 3-4 drops
– Orange bitters – 3-4 drops
– Orange peel zest
– Squish one wedge of fresh orange
– Serve over ice
