ibanesto.com Keep It Together for Mancebo

A break by Rubйn Diaz De Cerio (Euskaltel) and Geoffrey Demeyere (Vlaanderen) was allowed to get away while ibanesto.com kept the bunch at bay. They reached 2 minutes 9 seconds advantage, at the only hill of the day after 157 kilometres, the Alto de los Buitres. The peleton had them in sight with 5 kilometres to go, when Saeco started to lead out for Commeso. Within 1 km they were caught and it was eyes down for the sprint, Commeso got a perfect lead out then watched three men go past him to the line, the first of which was Relax fast finisher David Fernandez.

Another short stage race win for ibanesto.com, lets see if they can do the same in the Vuelta Espaсa.

3rd. Zarrabeitia ONC at 31 secs.
4th. Rasmussen CSC at 36 secs.
5th. Dominguez PHO at 41 secs.
