Delatour’s Halgand Wins At Dauphine

Patrice Halgand, the Breton co-leader of Jean Delatour won today’s 4th stage of the Dauphine Libere between the L’ISLE SUR LA SORGUE and DIGNE LES BAINS on the roads of Provence. After his original lone bid failed to succeed, Halgand then took a seat in the major escape which counted 16 riders and stayed away for nearly 190 kilometers.

Lance Armstrong remained the overall leader and continues to look kik ethe odds on favortite for the Tour.
