Just finished the 3 days of races in Tuscany it is again time to race. Two important races of 1.HC category. Saturday the Giro dell’Emilia with the San Luca climb with Damiano Cunego and Ivan Santaromita as leaders of the team. On Sunday the GP Beghelli, with the #OrangeBlue sprinters Marco Canola and Eduard Grosu as leaders of the team.

An intense week-end of Italian races is coming soon. On Saturday the official start of the Giro dell’Emilia, with the San Luca that will make the difference. On Sunday the GP Beghelli where the sprinters are expected. For this reason the NIPPO Vini Fantini team will have two different line-up, to be ready to afford the different kind of races.

For the Giro dell’Emilia Damiano Cunego and Ivan Santaromita will be the expected leaders of the team. Alessandro Bisolti and Hideto Nakane will be the other climbers to support the two leaders with the important work of the young talents of the team Iuri Filosi and Nicola Bagioli ready to surprise, while Giacomo Berlato and Marino Kobayashi will do an offensive race.

On Sunday the GP Beghelli, a mixed road that could have the perfect final for the sprinters. Marco Canola is the expected leader, together with Eduard Grosu and Pierpaolo De Negri, but also Riccardo Stacchiotti coming from the Asian races with a good condition. An important charismatic rider in race will be Alan Marangoni that will help his teammates together with the young talents Nicola Bagioli, Marino Kobayashi and the Japanese rider Hideto Nakane.

Mario Manzoni will be the Sports Director on the team-car in these two important races:
“On Saturday a very strong race is expected with 5 passage on the San Luca. It will not be easy for any kind of team, if you have a look to the last year podium it is easy to understand. Ivan Santaromita and Damiano Cunego will be our leaders, but also Alessandro Bisolti and Nicola Bagioli that have been training for this race all the week will be very important for us. Hideto Nakane is coming from strong races and from a long breakaway, but will be another important climber for us. On Sunday another kind of race with Marco Canola as leader and Eduard Grosu, Pierpaolo De Negri and Stacchiotti as fast rider to give us different possibility to battle for the victory.”

The Giro dell’Emilia with 12 World Tour teams on the start line, 10 team Professional and a strong road with the San Luca climb to do 5 times to make the difference. 223 total km, but a race that will become selective especially in the final part. Also the GP Beghelli will be a selective race, but for sure not so hard and could become the perfect race also for sprinters.

Both races will be broadcasted by RaiSport live, but the race will be also available in Facebook Live on the official Facebook page of the team worldwide, thanks to PMG Sport.
