British Cycling Announces Team for the UEC U23 European Track Championships

British Cycling has named the under-23 track cyclists who will represent GB at the U23 European Track Championships taking place in Portugal from 9-14th July.

Two-time Olympic Gold medallist and current elite World Champion Laura Trott has made selection, as have fellow elite World Champions Becky James and Elinor Barker.

Performance Manager Shane Sutton said: “We’ve selected a small but strong, experienced squad for this year’s U23 European Championships and it will be interesting to see what they can do out in Portugal. We aren’t sending a junior squad this year as their focus is on the Junior Track World Championships in Glasgow in August.”

Men’s Sprint
Kian Emadi
Callum Skinner

Women’s Sprint
