Daily Fresh Food on Belkin bib shorts during Amstel Gold Race

The Belkin Pro Cycling TEAM extended its contracts with Daily Fresh Food and De Bisschopsmolen to continue to have healthy and high quality meals, breads and bars in 2014 and 2015. Belkin’s general manager, Richard Plugge said, “We are very happy with the continuation of these contracts. We have been developing specific nutritious products for the riders for years, and these partners fit in this process perfectly.”

Newly branded shorts
As a part of the contract, Daily Fresh Food’s logo will be on the back of team Belkin’s bib shorts during the Amstel Gold Race. “It’s possible to pick certain races to send out a specific message,” added Plugge. “This is an example of that.”

Daily Fresh Food
General manager of Daily Fresh Food, Frans Hochstenbag said, “In the past year, we have gained a lot of experience in developing new recipes. This has resulted in even healthier meals for the Belkin Team, as well as for the food service industry and home care. We are extremely pleased with the continuation of our collaboration with Team Belkin. This way we can help them achieve excellent performances. Good performance and recovery with healthy and delicious food remain our goal.”

De Bisschopsmolen
Bakery De Bisschopsmolen, from Maastricht, has supplied the Belkin Pro Cycling TEAM riders with their daily portion of the best bread for some time. De Bisschopsmolen only works with natural, healthy and nutritious products. Frank van Eerd, owner of Bisschopmolen, said, “Together with Team Belkin, we aim to produce the food in the most natural way. We have created breads and bars that are natural and healthy.”
