Successful CULT Energy Pro Cycling Teambuilding

The new Pro Continental cycling team, CULT Energy Pro Cycling were gathered in Luxembourg from Monday to Thursday last week to launch the annual teambuilding session.

Staff members and the total of 16 riders were greeted with a program including workshops, teambuilding activities and meetings with sports directors and sponsors. Besides, the new riders were introduced to the familiar and necessary discussion of team values:

“The outcome of the teambuilding fully lived up to my expectations – and perhaps even beyond considering the situation. Both new and old members of the team lively participated with positive energy and it led to a few core values that should frame our understanding of this team in the season to come”, says team manager Christa Skelde and adds:

“With these riders and with the set-up supporting them, I’m absolutely positive that we will be able to continue on the foundation from the past couple of years. We’ll keep developing unimpressed by the World Tour teams and without compromising our core values. In addition, our sponsors have shown an impressive passion for our common project and they have proved to be fantastic partners. We’re still searching a co-sponsor and these days we spend time talking to possible new partners in Denmark.”

After the changing of managers, the team is now finalizing the license papers for the 2015 season and the UCI have allowed the team time in December to conclude the formalities.
