THE SUFFERFEST: I will beat my ass today to kick yours tomorrow
10 WEEK CYCLING TRAINING PLANS FOR NOVICE, INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED
Bringing indoor and outdoor cycling together for maximum results.
Three weeks ago, we launched our new training plans. Developed together with Dig Deep Coaching, one of Europe’s foremost coaching groups, they integrate the intensity of indoor riding with the endurance focus of outdoor sessions.
Feedback from the hundreds who have already started the plans is fantastic. These Sufferlandrians, most of whom have never done any kind of structured training before, are already feeling a change in how they approach their training. They know what to do, when and why.
You’re already putting in the hours, so why not do it in a way that’s designed to make you faster in a minimum of time? Check out the plans:
Novice: For new cyclists. Requires 4 days a week riding 4-6.5 hours/week.
Intermediate: For racers. Requires 5 days a week riding between 5-8 hours/week.
Advanced: For elite racers. 6 days a week riding 8-9 hours/week.
If you’ve been sitting on the fence, we’ve put together some questions and answers with Stephen Gallagher, Director at Dig Deep Coaching and former professional cyclist.

Our plans, which are downloadable, printable PDF documents, are $29.99/ea and tell you exactly what to do every day for 10 weeks. Kind of like an evil dictator (who really has your best interests at heart, of course), but in print form.
