Tour de Pologne will be Toasting with Astoria Wines

The Tour de Pologne is pleased to announce a new partnership with Astoria Vini. Their Prosecco DOC will be the wine used every day to officially celebrate the stars in the 73rd edition of this UCI World Tour Polish stage race.

Astoria distributes the wine produced on their farm called “Tenuta Val De Brun”, in Refrontolo, in over 100 countries. The vineyard is situated in Northeastern Italy, in the province of Treviso, in the heart of the DOCG Conegliano – Valdobbiadene zone, the heartland of the Prosecco wine that is so popular and in demand all over the world, even in Poland, where Astoria has an important distribution outlet.

So Astoria bubbly will be part of a race that promises sparkling competition. Astoria is already the official supplier of the Giro d’Italia and other important races; with the Tour de Pologne it further broaden its horizons on the international cycling scene.

“For Astoria cycling means work and commitment, but above all passion. We come to this with experience garnered from our ties to the Corsa Rosa, which has given us tremendous satisfaction and plenty of excitement throughout the years. The Tour de Pologne is one of the emergent races on the World Tour calendar, it is definitely the most important race in all of Eastern Europe, and we are aiming to further expand our presence in major cycling, also considering a strategically important market like Poland from a business perspective,” explains Enrico Zanardo, Consultant for Astoria Vini.

To celebrate the champions in the Tour de Pologne every day, Astoria has designed and produced a special bottle featuring designs and graphic symbols of the Polish stage race in its representative colours.
