Travis Meyer hospitalised following training incident

Drapac Professional Cycling can confirm that Travis Meyer was hit by a vehicle while training in Andorra on Saturday morning, local time.

Meyer suffered multiple injuries, including a fractured skull, fractured jaw, broken arm and a bruised lung. He was airlifted from Andorra to hospital in Barcelona soon after the incident.

Drapac Professional Cycling wishes the 24-year-old the very best in recovery. Meyer was due to race the Presidential Tour of Turkey later this month.
