Dauphiné’18 Stage 6: Bilbao Tops, Thomas Confirms!

PeloPics: Basque rider Pello Bilbao of Astana was the last survivor of the early breakaway and fended off the GC contenders who fought till the end in the short but very competitive stage 6 to La Rosière on the course of stage 11 of the coming Tour de France. Second again, Geraint Thomas (Sky) extended his overall lead, now with 1:29 on Adam Yates (Mitchelton-Scott) and 2:01 on Frenchamn Romain Bardet (AG2R-La Mondiale), both moved up to the top 3 overall.
