Zwatt’s ZIMANOX Crank Stiffness

We have been getting tons of questions & Zwatt’s trusted tester Erling has been busy answering them. And a lot of them made their way into the FAQ.

Erling’s 18 year old summer intern colleague Morten has done a lot of the testing on the various power meters to learn how the basic torque measurement behaves under all sorts of different circumstances, put together a little video to compare a standard Shimano Ultegra arm and the ZIMANOX. Basically we asked him to measure the effect of putting a load on the pedal – both on the inside and further out. We know the things bend, but just how much.
