Area Zero-D’Amico-Bottecchia is ready to take on their most extended transfer of the season. Tour de Slovenie: Parrinello 2nd in Stage 2

Area Zero-D’Amico-Bottecchia stood out right away as a major player on the roads of the Tour de Slovenie. After yesterday evening’s prologue in Ljubljana, today was the 2nd stage, from Skofja Loka to Kocevje for 182 km, which resulted in an all-Italian podium with our own Antonio Parrinello taking a great second place in the bunch sprint won by Paolo De Negri (Nippo-Vini Fantini). Third place went to Simone Ponzi (SouthEast).
