Sunday, March 2, Area Zero D’Amico will race on the roads of Switzerland in the 68th GP Città di Lugano. After the outstanding start to the season, with three podiums in three races, the all-Italian continental team directed by Ivan De Paolis and Andrea Tonti aims to perform at a high level and again make its presence felt.
Rosti, the brand specializing in the manufacturing of technical cycling clothing, will be worn during races by the riders on Area Zero Pro Team, the new, all-Italian continental formation lead by team managers Ivan De Paolis and Andrea Tonti. They will be making their debut on Sunday, February 2nd in Donoratico for the GP Costa degli Etruschi.
Area Zero Pro Team have wrapped up their first team retreat, which saw the entire squad busy training and working for the first time at the Cà Virginia country house in Borgo Massano, not far from Urbino in the Marche.
When they aren't working, Area Zero Pro Team will be wearing clothes from the SUN68 brand. This is a dynamic and appealing label with an innovative and original design that perfectly matches the spirit and image of the young, all- Italian continental squad that is getting ready to make its debut among the peloton in the 2014 season.
The team riders will be supplied with Emme 2 frames.
Bottecchia will be the brand of the official bikes ridden by the Area Zero Pro Team, the new, all-Italian continental formation that will be making its debut in the peloton in 2014. The riders will be using the Emme 2 model, the top of the range from Bottecchia's racing division. The frame is made in carbon and is produced entirely by hand in Italy.
