Race Report: It all came down to timing, and Alejandro Valverde showed that he’s had plenty of practice when it comes to attacking on the Mur de Huy. Leaving his opponents floundering in his wake he easily won the slow-motion sprint as he sensed victory in the 2017 race, and a record-breaking 5th time at that.
