Giro Stage Report: We all expected big Dutchman Tom Dumoulin to win the Stage 10 time trial. But perhaps not quite so stunningly; he put the best part of a minute into second placed Geraint Thomas and the best part of 3 minutes Nairo Quintana to go rosa by 2:23 over the little Colombian.
