This Saturday the first big single-day race in the north of Europe kicks off in Belgium; The Omloop Het Nieuwsblad. Back in 1983 the season opener was known as the Het Volk. What better reason to pull out some old retro photos from the Cor Vos archive.
Race Preview: The 'warm up' races are over and now the 'proper' racing starts on Saturday with the Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne on Sunday.
