Sergey Lagutin second in stage two of Skoda-Tour de Luxembourg.

RusVelo rider Sergey Lagutin came in second in stage two of 2.HC Skoda-Tour de Luxembourg. The experienced Russian, 2003 U-23 World champion, followed the multiple World’s medal winner Matti Breschel (Tinkoff – Saxo) to the line, which put him up to 9th in the general standings, 28 seconds behind the race leader Jean-Pierre Drucker.

June 13, 2013 - The juggernaut that is the Tour de France is rumbling toward us at great speed and the team have started naming their hopefuls for the French race. We also have the results, video and anything else from the Tour de Suisse, the Tour de Beauce and the Ster ZLM Toer GP Jan van Heeswijk. Also a lot of great video catch-up’s from the Giro d’Italia and the Dauphiné, plus we visit our own Dr. Cheung in his lab. Basically a very full EuroTrash bag this Thursday morning.

Tour of Luxembourg: Climbers and sprinters are asked for

MTN-Qhubeka p/b Samsung will take on the climbs and sprints of the Skoda Tour de Luxembourg (June 12-16 / UCI 2.HC) this week with its usual strong squad. Milan-San Remo winner Gerald Ciolek, who has shown his outstanding ability to come over the climbs and win the resulting sprint, and Spanish climber Sergio Pardilla will be the men in the spotlight.

Team Colombia back in action in Slovenia, Luxembourg

Two weeks have passed since the finish of an emotion-packed Giro d’Italia, and Team Colombia is warming up to get back in action in June, with three stage races in Europe. After enjoying some rest says, those who took part to the Giro restarted training under the guidance of Sports Directors Valerio Tebaldi, Oscar Pellicioli and Oliverio Rincon, in order to pur their after-race condition to good use.
