Strava, the world’s largest sports participation platform with over 44 million athletes and a million more joining every 30 days, today announced two new features available on its mobile app: Fitness and Perceived Exertion.
Data insights released by Strava, the social network for athletes, show that Thursday, January 17, 2019 is the date when Americans are most likely to give up on their New Year’s fitness resolutions. Stava’s data was pulled from a pool of nearly 685 million global activities, 108,286,060 of which were based in the U.S.
