The sun is shining – even in Scotland – and yesterday they handed out those squeaky clean national champion’s jerseys, all over Europe. Then, this coming Saturday, it starts, Le Tour, the Greatest Show on Earth in one of the most glittering settings on Earth – Monaco. It’s all so wonderful; so wonderful that we thought we best have a word with Viktor – just to keep our feet on the ground.
