EuroTrash Thursday!

July 18, 2013 - Paris is in sight, but there are still some very hard stages to come before that romp up and down the Champs-Élysées. As always we have all the bits of news from the French GT that you might have missed, plus results and race quotes. We also catch up with the Thüringen Rundfahrt and anything else we could find in this hectic last week of the Tour. A good coffee is a must to this morning.

Tour De PEZ: TT Fast Times!

Roadside St.17: There's no better way to see the TT than from a chase car following a rider - it's a PEZ tradition at Grand Tours and today we jumped in for a fast ride with Francais des Jeux's French Elite Road Race Champion, Arthur Vichot.

Tour de Pez: Mind The Gap!

Roadside St.16: The PEZ Roadside Crew rumbles onward to the gateway to the Alps and that ever popular Tour town of Gap. Today's stop: the final climb where the battle continued - we're on the Col de Manse, late afternoon some 1,268 metres above the finish.

TdF’13 St.16: Costa Gets The Gap!

Race Report: The stage after a rest day can be tricky for some riders, but Movistar’s Rui Costa had no problem’s escaping from the lead group to plummet down into Gap for victory. Behind him the star GC riders fought out for any spare seconds, but the main men are still together for the battle.

Tour de Pez: Rest Day Moules!

Roadside Rest Day 2: There's nothing quite like a firework display outside your window at midnight when you're trying to get to sleep after a long day in the car and on the Ventoux, and we might need some rest with Team Vacansoleil's annual Tour de Moules awaiting us on the Rest Day...

Tour Lowdown: A Tale of Two Tours

Race Analysis: The second rest day is the perfect time to review what we've seen so far at Le Tour. Lee Rodgers analyzes some of the performances we've seen, both good and bad and ponders the questions, can anyone beat Froome? And can Froome get any skinnier?

EuroTrash Monday!

July 15, 2013 - So we head into the last week of the Tour with the Alps in front of us and Chris Froome has a handy lead, but “it’s not over till Paris” everyone is still saying. This has been a great Tour and we have all the results, video action and race quotes you need here in EuroTrash Monday. It’s not all Tour; we have a few other bits and pieces to go with your morning café au lait, bonjour!

Tour de Pez: Climbing the Giant

Roadside St.15: The Tour's 2nd week closes with fireworks as the drudgery across the north is forgotten with a few torturous hours on the race's longest stage to the summit of the feared Mt. Ventoux!
