Competition for Best Team heats up in Stage Two of The London-Paris 2013

Stage Two of the tenth edition of The London-Paris took riders 170km south to Amiens with a total ascent of 1256m. The six speed groups set off at intervals from 07:00, with the final group leaving at 09:45. It was a drizzly and windy morning, but spirits weren’t dampened at the starting village and the 400 enthusiastic riders, complete with motorbike outriders, support vehicles and crew, rolling out of Calais was an impressive sight.

Stage One of The London-Paris 2013 gets off to a strong start

HotChillee, London, 20th June 2013 – At 06:00 this morning, 400 riders and 260 crew rolled out of South West London for the challenge of their lifetime. The tenth edition of The London-Paris started in high spirits with a mix of riders participating, from pros to world champions to inspirational amateur riders wanting to push their physical and mental limits. The riders set off under grey skies, but in warm conditions to tackle the 161km route with a total ascent of 1419m.

HotChillee today announces its team line-up for The London-Paris 2013. The teams participating this year come from a wide variety of sectors, including media, technology, FMCG and financial. The diverse mix of teams includes ICAP, Tullet Prebon, SiS, Brewin Dolphin, City Index, Hogan Lovells, Bikeradar, Adventure HQ, Mercedes-Benz and Stabus Rhino Peloton.
