While the European professional season may have ended a few weeks ago, on Sunday one of the most important races on the African cycling calendar gets underway in the form of the 8th Tour du Rwanda.

While for the most part major cycling is taking a break, or better yet, is preparing for the 2016 season, there is a cycling movement that never stops pedalling and which is even experiencing one of the most important moments of the year.
