USA Cycling on Wednesday announced the 2014 Road Development Race Series (RDRS). Designed to promote high-quality racing opportunities for young cyclists, the RDRS strives to develop long-term partnerships with race organizers who will create safe and fun racing opportunities for junior and espoir-aged men and women.
