For Himiway, quality always comes first when it comes to supply chains. Therefore, Escape is equipped with a 48V, 14A lithium battery, and the power will not be reduced due to changes in the frame. For tires, we chose 20″x4″ Kenda puncture-resistant fat tires, which have excellent performance to prevent flats, and can firmly grasp the ground to escort your riding. As for shifting, we use Shimano’s 7-speed shifting system, allowing you to choose the speed that as you like. In addition to these, 750W high-speed brushless gear motor and intelligent 5-level pedal assists are also first-class. Also, we have strengthened the frame, so it will be stronger, more resistant to fall and compression, and not easy to bend and deform. Of course, we strictly control every stage from production to assembly, and do our best in quality control, just to present the most perfect artwork to customers.

We’ve got the sum of feedback which keeps reminding us of improvement. For an off-road bike, comfort and security are crucial. However, you don’t need to worry about it going with Himiway Escape because we upgraded to both hydraulic disc brakes, which provides you the stopping power you need in any conditions efficiently. These strong brakes will be your personal guard, protecting you from accidents. Security is the duty of e-bike manufactures. But Himiway also cares about customers’ comfort. We tried our best to make it much more comfortable than any other bike we had before. Escape is equipped with full suspension and hydraulic lockout on the front. The front suspension consisting of hydraulic shock absorbers gives you the sweetest dreams even riding on the hardest rocks. And the rear suspension will double your comfort. As for the hydraulic lockout on the front, it will minimize your energy loss when riding on paved roads or on long uphill climbs on smooth dirt surfaces.
The maximum speed can reach 20 mph, with a comfortable Velo saddle, riding on it is like riding a galloping horse. It takes only 6~7 hours to fully charge, and the cruising range can reach 40 miles after a full charge. It can take you to any place within 20 miles of your home. You can drink and chat with friends at any time you want with Escape. The total effective load capacity is 330 lbs, which meets the needs of most customers. Tall Shoe Cover – Road 2.0: $20
We have totally redesigned our road cycling shoe covers to make them more durable, easier to get on, and easier to care for. They are still made from our signature, lightweight, waterproof material but are now reinforced on the bottom and in the toe area of the shoe covers so they last longer.
- veloToze Tall Shoe Covers are designed for road cycling on cold, rainy or snowy days. Whether it’s race day, training day or just another commute day, veloToze Tall Shoe Covers will keep your feet dry, warm and comfortable.

Tall Shoe Cover – Silicone with Straps: $25
Introducing the veloToze Silicone Cycling Shoe Cover, designed to keep your feet warm and dry in cold, wet weather. Waterproof, windproof silicone protects your feet and cycling shoes from the elements. Patented design uses no zippers and fastens easily with a snap under your shoe.
Designed for -5 C in dry, sunny weather to 15 C in wet, rainy weather.
Toe Cover – Road: $13
veloToze Toe covers are designed to keep cyclists’ feet warm on cool, foggy mornings. They are made of a flexible, lightweight material that is waterproof, windproof and aerodynamic. They are very light, weighing less than 25 grams a pair and are compact, folding up smaller than a spare tube, which allows them to easily fit in a jersey pocket or saddle bag. Triathletes can put them on their cycling shoes before a race, saving valuable time in transition.
Roam – Commuting Shoe Cover: $9.99
veloToze is known for innovative products that help cyclists enjoy their ride, no matter the weather. We took that experience and created our first product that helps ensure a smooth commute on and off the bike. They are a great alternative to rain boots or waterproof shoes.
These shoe covers slip on easily, covering your entire shoe keeping your feet warm and comfortable in rainy, cold weather. The waterproof, flexible material fits a variety of shoes, including running shoes, dress shoes, and casual shoes. The bottom is textured for traction. Once you walk inside, they are easily removed and can be used again and again
Chuck Peña PEZ sez:
I previously reviewed the prior version of the veloToze Tall Shoe Cover – Road and was suitably impressed with how wind and waterproof they were. If I had one issue with them (using them over time), it’s that — no matter how careful you were with them — they would eventually rip. Granted, I said “you probably shouldn’t expect them to last you forever.” But making them more durable is a welcome update. I can’t say how much more durable the Tall Shoe Cover – Road 2.0 version is, but it’s definitely more substantial/hefty — which is apparent by weighing them.
L: Original veloToze and R: 2.0
Definitely a EuroPro look
One thing that makes veloToze shoe covers different is that — unlike zip or velcro shoe covers — you put them on first and then pull them over your shoes. It’s actually fairly easy once you get the hang of it. The Tall Shoe Cover – Silicone with Straps follows the same concept, but makes it less of a hassle by being able to snap the cover closed underneath the shoe. Kudos to veloToze for this product improvement for those who are less dextrous. The silicone material is more substantial than the Road 2.0 shoe cover in the sole, but the upper actually feels a little thinner.
The Silicone with Straps shoe cover is a little more translucent and has a “piping” at the top of the cuff to help hold it in place
I love the Toe Covers! These are perfect for this time of year when it’s still chilly enough in the mornings that you want to ward of cold and wind chill, but where a full shoe cover would be too much. Plus they are easy peasy to peel off and stow in a jersey pocket for when it warms up.
For those Michael Franks “popsicle toes” days
Finally, the Roam – Commuting Shoe Cover is a brilliant idea for commuting/city riding. They remind me of galoshes my mom used to make me wear when I was a kid. They have a gripper/skid-resistant material on the sole so you won’t slip while pedaling. And that also makes them walkable (although I probably wouldn’t do any extended walking in them as I’m not sure how long the sole will hold up if subjected to a lot of pavement) when you get off the bike.
For when casual is more appropriate than hammer time
If you need to keep your feet warm (or at least not as cold as they would be otherwise) and dry, veloToze has you covered!

Selle San Marco: Ride Around, Ride a Ground
The mid-season “must” is called Ground, the perfect saddle for the off road
Comfort blends with adventure thanks to the new GROUND, the off-road saddle from SELLE SAN MARCO.
In occasion of the Mid-Season 2021 campaign, SELLE SAN MARCO presents the brand-new GROUND: a saddle entirely dedicated to the off-road world but also versatile for the Gravel world.
The new GROUND is the direct “evolution”, in terms of shape and intended use, of the current GND saddle. This new saddle has a total length of 255mm and will be available in two widths (Narrow 140mm – Wide 155mm) and only in the Open-Fit version, with a large central cut-out for releasing pressure from the perineal area.
Unlike the actual GND saddle, the GROUND is a 7mm shorter off-road model that contributes to making the saddle more compact, performing, and improving the comfort of every cyclist.
The new GROUND is made only with PULLFOAM padding: a low-density foam with a structure of variable thickness. This saddle is able to support the movements of the pelvis while pedalling, giving more comfort, resistance and support.
Finally, the rear part has a small rise expressly designed to offer greater support to the seat – especially when climbing – and greatly help the cyclist to have a more effective and efficient pedaling by managing the difficult situations typical of uneven off-road terrain.
● The new GROUND is available in 3 different levels:
● Carbon FX (DNA Carbon Rail) – MRSP: 149,00€
● Dynamic (Manganese Rail) – MSRP: 79,00€
● Sport (CarbonSteel Rail) – MSRP: 49,00€

Your adventure is ready for a new round: GROUND.
Pirelli Lightens The WorldTour Tubular Tire: P ZERO RACE Tub SL Arrive at Giro d’Italia
The new rubber, equipped with a special inner tube, guarantees a reduction in overall tyre weight of more than 10%, while maintaining the same grip, smoothness and reliability characteristics. It will be the ace up the sleeve of Pirelli’s World Tour teams at the Giro d’Italia: Simon Yates and Esteban Chaves for Team BikeExchange, Nibali’s Trek-Segafredo and AG2R Citroën.
A little more than three years after returning to professional cycling, Pirelli is preparing to launch an innovation that will redefine the bicycle tubular tyre.
At the Giro d’Italia 2021, and soon on the market, comes the P ZERO RACE Tub SL.
Pirelli is once again taking on a sacred monster of road cycling: the tubular. A tyre that has seen very little innovation in its history, on which the benefits of one feature have usually been at the expense of others, that are equally important for performance. Very few tyre manufacturers have recently taken an interest in improving the tubular, as this is a niche product, almost exclusively intended for professional cycling.
As with the elite sports in which it is a partner, on two and four wheels, in cycling Pirelli confirms its vocation for continuous product development and absolute performance in the world of racing, without necessarily having a significant commercial outcome. Although the future is tubeless, in all respects, Pirelli recognises that most Pro teams still use tubular tyres. Faithful to its DNA, Pirelli is not stopping the development of this tyre, but rather raising the bar even higher for a product which, in the course of its history, has rarely seen major technical innovations.
Developed for and with Professional Cyclists
P ZERO RACE Tub SL is a project that has seen two years of planned, meticulous and constant development. Working on the first tubular, launched in 2018 together with the Mitchelton-SCOTT team (now BikeExchange), Pirelli engineers took on board requests and suggestions for changes from the pros including, first and foremost, the one on weight reduction. In fact, today’s athletes find themselves racing on high-performance bicycles that do not always fall within the UCI weight limit: disc brakes, aerodynamic frames, power meters and electronic groups certainly have an impact on the final result on the scale.
Road testing of Pirelli’s new tubulars began with Mitchelton-SCOTT at the 2020 Tour of UAE and continued throughout the season, achieving notable results as early as the 2020 Tour de France, with Adam Yates in his yellow jersey stages and Richie Porte of the Trek Segafredo team on the general classification podium.
Light Weight but Without Compromise
The focal point of this Pirelli innovation is the weight, which is over 10% less than the already competitive P ZERO Velo Tub. A result that translates into just under 100g eliminated from the complete bike and, in particular, from a crucial component such as the wheels. Pirelli’s search for a lighter tubular was carried out without penalising the already excellent performance of the tyre: top-notch rolling, high grip even on wet roads, and great resistance to punctures.
At the heart of the P ZERO RACE Tub SL is a special inner tube made of a lightweight, completely airtight material and optimised specifically for use inside the handmade tubular. Instead of the traditional latex, which has been used in almost all Pro tubulars up to now, Pirelli has used TPU, or thermoplastic polyurethane, a cutting-edge material which is being applied to a tubular’s inner tube for the first time and which required a great deal of development before it gave the expected results. It offers the same speed performance and puncture protection typical of latex tubes, but with a significant weight reduction and complete airtightness, thus eliminating the chronic pressure loss of traditional tubulars.
The casing of P ZERO RACE Tub SL is made of Corespun with 320 TPI. The latest generation SmartEVO Compound, which Pirelli has developed for the new P ZERO Race in clincher and tubeless-ready versions, is another feather in the cap of the Tub SL. In the road tests carried out by the teams, the new tyre proved to improve the handling of the bike and the ascent speed, the famous VAM (Average Ascent Speed), offering excellent protection against punctures and greater control at high speeds.
All of Pirelli’s World Tour team partners were given the opportunity today to choose this version of tubular ahead of the big Tours. It is likely that riders aiming for the general classification will use them more often than others. Think Simon Yates and Esteban Chaves for BikeExchange or Vincenzo Nibali for Trek-Segafredo.
Comments from Kevin Tabotta, performance manager of the BikeExchange team: “This new Pirelli tyre is a great way to reduce bike weight by 100g – which is quite a large improvement, and not normally easy to find in a top end race set up (…) Really impressed actually, we did some blind testing (…) The tyres performed exactly as we hoped they would, but now lighter! (…) It’s hard to believe that you can make such a significant saving in weight for a high performance all-round tyre for road racing, but Pirelli did it.”
Esteban Chaves of the BikeExchange team added: “I was excited to see the large drop in weight per set of tyres with the new tubulars. The main thing is the tyres feel faster and handle well, like always – but now they are lighter as well. You feel that in the climbs. I’m already using them, but of course the Grand Tours’ will be a big target.”
● The new Pirelli P ZERO RACE Tub SL will soon be on the market at the price of €119,90.
